We offer a repair service that spans the whole of the uk. Our trained welders have vans that are equipped with everything they will need to carry out the job. Not needing the use of a workshop or power means we can carry out the repairs you need from the side of the road to the middle of a field, the options are endless. Agricultural Repair
We specialise in repairs of agricultural equipment in this repair the client had a problem of constant cracking even after being welded back up we offered a solution of the use of some strengthening plates to double the thickness of the material in the weak spots after all our work was complete, there has been no more cracks. Forklift Jib
Our client came to us with the request to strengthen a forklift jib that kept on cracking. We cut out the existing welds/cracks and fully welded the crack after testing the weld we ground it back and fitted a strengthening plate over the weakened area and fully welded. For more info please contact.
Build Up Of Worn Part
Our client called us in to do a full refurb on this insert for their machine. We cut the keys back and put new in and continued to build up the top flanged with weld and then ground it right back to give a perfectly flat top. For more info please contact.
Lorry Trailer Repair
This trailer came to us with the rear corners badly damaged. we cut the bottom section of the rear post off and replaced it with new stainless steel pressings and then added some extra stainless steel bars to increase the strength. The sides of the trailer was also badly damaged we cut the damage out and replaced it with an aluminium infill that gave a high end finish to the job. For more info please contact.
